Parent Teacher Conferences

This year, due to parents not being able to enter the building, we are going to do all of our parent teacher conferences virtually.  Our conference window runs from October 15th - November 13th.  I have made a schedule with several days and times throughout that time frame.  The schedule is available on the Google Doc Link below. Please sign-up for a day/time that works best for you.  I look forward to seeing everyone, through a screen anyway, soon!!

Materials Needed

HeadPhones

We still haven’t received our one-on-one computers. However, we are able to have a few old devices in our classrooms where students can get onto Lexia and Epic. If your child doesn’t have headphones, please see if you can send some in. If anyone could grab a few extras for our classroom as well, that would be awesome! 

Clorox Wipes

We are trying to wipe down our tables/desks a lot this year. If you happen to be at the store and can grab an extra can here and there throughout this year, that would be appreciated. 

Hand Sanitizer Pumps

We also have these at our table areas, and I am sure we will run short as the year goes on. 


Epic

Hopefully you saw the sheet that was sent home on this program. We use this program for our Listen to Reading center. I have advised students that they can use Epic at home as well. However, some kiddos are saying that they aren’t able to get on without paying for it. They are supposed to be able to have 2 hours of free Epic for after school hours. I am in contact with some of Epics technology crew to see what the problem is, and why students can’t connect. I will keep you posted.
